Computes an LU factorization of the matrix <i>A</i> 
where <i>A</i> is a square matrix.
A measure of the numerical stability called <i>ratio</i> is calculated.
This ratio is useful when the results of <code><font color="blue">LuRatio</font></code> are
used as part of an <a href="adfun.xml" target="_top"><span style='white-space: nowrap'>ADFun</span></a>
 object.
