BLIS Version 0.9 README ========================= Welcome to BLIS. BLIS is distributed under the Common Public License Version 1.0 and is freely redistributable. All source code and documentation is Copyright 2001-2008 by Lehigh University, Yan Xu, and Ted Ralphs. This README may be distributed freely. WHAT IS BLIS? ============= BLIS (BiCePS Linear Integer Solver) is an application developed on top of BiCePS and is part of the CHiPPS library hierarchy. BLIS is a branch and cut solver for Mixed Integer Linear Programs. DOCUMENTATION ============= The html documentation of the classes in BLIS (See INSTALL of BLIS) can be created. A user's guide that is under preparation that can help users to develop an application. INSTALLATION ============ Please see the INSTALL file for a guide to installation.
