sym_parse_command_line()

Invokes the built-in parser for setting commonly used parameters, such as the file name which to read the problem data, via command-line switches. A call to this subroutine instructs SYMPHONY to parse the command line and set the appropriate parameters. This subroutine also sets all other parameter values to their defaults, so it should only called when this is desired.
