Introduction

    This CEP contains the index of all Coopr Enhancement Proposals,
    known as CEPs.  See CEP 1 [1] for a description of CEPs and how
    they are managed.  Note that CEP numbers are assigned by the CEP
    Editor, and once assigned are never changed.  The SVN history [2]
    of the CEP texts represent their historical record.
